Founded in 1988, Willerby's was named after the original partners John and Jill Williams & Mark Featherby. John went on to become a successful family law barrister and Jill became a Judge at the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. Jason Coppard started with the firm as a freshly qualified solicitor and is now the owner of the firm.

​In 2015, we relocated to the old Menzies Homes for Children office at 408 Nepean Highway, Frankston. The building has great heritage and is now the long-term home for Willerby's, with convenient on-site parking for our clients.
